FIDE Commission for Women’s Chess together with FIDE Event Commission and Latvian Chess Federation will host an International Organizer Seminar to train Organizers of international chess events in compliance with FIDE regulations.
As part of the FIDE WOM event participation for the first 10 registered women is free of charge. Latvian Chess Federation as co-organizer has a right to nominate 2 participants free of charge.
The Seminar will take place during the Riga Christmas Chess Festival, on 16-17 December 2024, in Riga, Latvia.
The seminar is organized under the auspices of the FIDE Events Commission (EVE). Students who successfully pass the exam, will receive the EVE IO norm certificate.
